Payments FAQ — GCash Limits, Cashout Timing & Deposit Fixes
No vague talk about 'fast payouts' here. These are the actual limits, fees and timings JILIDAY works within, plus the short list of reasons a deposit stalls — because knowing the number beats waiting on a reply.
The Numbers, Plainly
| Rail | Limit | Settlement |
|---|---|---|
| GCash deposit | ₱50 minimum, ₱100,000 per day | Usually instant; can queue 12:00–03:00 PHT |
| InstaPay | ₱50,000 per transaction, ₱500,000 per day | Minutes to a few hours, 24/7 |
| PESONet | Used for transfers larger than InstaPay allows | Same or next banking day, in batches |
| GCash withdrawal | No casino fee | Minutes to 1 hour; up to 3 hours at peak or first-time |
GCash rides the InstaPay rail, so the InstaPay ceilings apply on top of GCash's own daily limit — whichever bites first is the one you feel. If you need to move more than InstaPay allows in one go, PESONet is the route, and it settles in banking-day batches rather than in minutes.
Why Your Deposit Didn't Land
A stalled deposit almost never means the money is gone. Run this list top to bottom — it is ordered by how often each one turns out to be the culprit.
- Maintenance window: GCash transfers can sit in a queue between roughly 12:00 and 03:00 PHT instead of settling immediately
- Under the floor: below the ₱50 minimum, the deposit never leaves your wallet
- Over the ceiling: you have hit the ₱100,000 GCash daily deposit limit, or the ₱50,000 single-transaction InstaPay cap
- Wrong name on the wallet: accounts must be in your own name, and third-party transfers are rejected rather than held
- Open KYC: your one-time verification is still inside its 24–48 hour review
Worth knowing separately: GCash's own cash-in allowance is ₱8,000 free per month, after which it charges roughly 2%. That is GCash's fee for topping up your wallet, not a JILIDAY charge — we take nothing on either side of the transfer.
Wallet Fees on the Way Out
JILIDAY charges no withdrawal fee. Your wallet or bank might, and the difference is small but real over a year of cashouts.
| Wallet | InstaPay out fee | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| GCash | Rides the InstaPay rail | Minutes to 1 hour typical; up to 3 hours at peak or on a first cashout |
| Maya | Around ₱15 | Charged by Maya, not by JILIDAY |
| GoTyme | Free | No transfer-out fee on the InstaPay rail |
Getting Paid the First Time
First cashouts are the slowest ones you will have, and that is by design rather than by stalling. KYC is a one-time review of 24–48 hours, it must close before your first withdrawal, and after that the same wallet clears at normal speed. Submit it on a quiet Tuesday, not on the night you finally hit a Mega Ace cascade.
One more thing that trips people up: a bonus with an open wagering requirement can hold a withdrawal even when everything else is clean. Every promotion at JILIDAY states its requirement in plain language before you opt in — read that line, not the headline number.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the maximum I can deposit in a day via GCash?
₱100,000 per day, with a ₱50 minimum per deposit. The InstaPay rail also caps single transactions at ₱50,000 and ₱500,000 per day.
How long does a jiliday GCash cashout take?
Typically minutes to an hour once KYC is complete, stretching to around three hours at peak times or on your very first withdrawal.
When should I use PESONet instead of InstaPay?
When you are moving more than InstaPay's ₱50,000 per transaction allows. PESONet settles in batches on the same or next banking day rather than in minutes.
Does JILIDAY take a cut of my withdrawal?
No. There is no casino withdrawal fee. Maya charges roughly ₱15 on an InstaPay transfer out and GoTyme charges nothing — those are wallet fees.
Can I cash out to my partner's GCash?
No. The account must be in your own name and match your KYC ID. Third-party accounts are rejected, not queued.
Why did my deposit go through but arrive late?
Most often the GCash maintenance window, roughly 12:00–03:00 PHT, when transfers queue instead of settling straight away.
